Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for all Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly). If you are not satisfied with AutoTube AI, you may request a full refund within this period — no questions asked.

2. Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• If you have used more than 50% of your monthly tokens before requesting a refund, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
• Free plan users are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.
• Token pack purchases (one-time top-ups) are non-refundable once tokens have been used.
• Refunds for yearly plans follow the same 7-day window from the initial purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following details:

• Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Username]"
• Include: Your registered email, payment ID, and reason for refund (optional).

4. Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/card). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
